Hey PCO users! Happy New Year from Ministry Centered Technologies! I’d like to introduce another tutorial video that we made recently. It’s on how to set up your PCO account for scheduling Children’s Ministry. This really can be applied to anything you have that doesn’t necessarily fall under a Sunday morning worship service plan. It could apply to a First Impressions/Greeting team, a special events team, or, as shown in the video, a Children’s Ministry team. So enjoy the video and for now that’s all! I love the new Children’s video. The only problem I’m having is understanding how to create or add a new ministry folder to the “Children’s Ministry” folder I’ve created. I’m currently subscribed to 2 services. We have a Sat & Sunday service. Do I need to buy additional services or is there a way to do what you showed in the video as a subcategory under a folder such as the “Children’s Ministry?” Thanks!
PS: It seems as though there are so many links now which take you to great tools – is there a way to create a new tab on the PCO page that simply has “helpful links for PCO” including mp3 transpose, blogs, etc…?

@Clint I’m glad you love the video! You would need to update in order to run another service if you are on the plan that just allows you two services and you’re using both of them. There really isn’t a way to incorporate Children’s Ministry into one of those. You can easily upgrade by going to site settings (or having the site owner go there).
We are working on having some more thorough documentation as far as helpful links. That will hopefully be changed sometime in the near future.
